Repairs vs. Remakes
Repairs: We offer repair services only for items we originally crafted. This ensures we maintain the integrity and quality of the piece, as we are familiar with the materials and techniques used.
Remakes: If an item is eligible, we can explore several options for remaking it. This might include: (a) safely removing and resetting stones without compromising their integrity, (b) soldering a new setting onto the existing piece, or (c) incorporating stones from the current piece into an entirely new design. Our goal is to preserve the original elements while giving the item a fresh look.

Can you resize my engagement ring?
We don't resize rings that we didn't make because we can't guarantee the craftsmanship and don't want to risk damaging them.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange. For a full refund, return items within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, a restocking fee applies. Exchanges are only for items at their sold value.
Can I use a stone from a family ring in a new ring?
Usually, yes! We need to inspect the stone first to ensure it’s safe for unmounting and remounting. Once approved, we can create a new ring for you.
How long do custom orders take?
Typically, custom orders take about three weeks after finalizing the design and receiving a 50% deposit. More complex pieces may take longer, but we'll keep you informed about the timeline.
